Stick Chaos support
Need help with Stick Chaos: Stickman War? Email info@iova.co.uk and we usually answer within two working days. Please include your phone model and, for anything about progress, your account code (Settings → Account).
Progress and a new phone
- Reinstalling: progress is saved to the cloud after every run and comes back by itself when you reinstall the game on the same phone.
- New phone: on the old phone open Settings → Account and note the 12-character code. On the new phone open Settings → Account, type the code and tap Load.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. If something you bought did not arrive, restart the game while online; if it is still missing, email us with the order number from your store receipt. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Friends and clans
Your friend code and your clan are under Social. Share your code with friends to compare weekly scores. Every run you play earns war points for your clan; at the end of the week the winning clan's members get a reward. A clan leader can change the clan's settings or close it.
Privacy
Read the Stick Chaos privacy policy. To have your data deleted, email us your account code.
